RETURNS

We accept returns for orders on unworn items within 14 days. You will be given a refund via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your returned item.
Items not eligible for a return and refund are Jewellery items, lucky dip purchases and preloved items.
All return requests must be returned with tags and packaging intact, in new condition and no signs of wear or damage. Lexa Loft will take no responsibility for any damage or fault caused to an item via the customer.
Please note Lexa Loft will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered only and not the associated delivery or return charge(s).
For returned items please include your packaging slip with a brief reason for returning the item(s).

We are able to offer exchanges, however, stock is not guaranteed until your original item has been returned.
The buyer will be responsible for the postage cost of both the returned item and the new item sent out as an exchange.
